Fit Food

Yardley has a passion for eating clean, living stress-free, and leading a life of faith-driven purpose. After overcoming years of food-related ailments and work-related stress, using nutrition and applying the Bible to her life—she was inspired to express her passions and journey through her work.

Yardley is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Healthy Cooking Instructor, and Author of the breakfast recipe and career devotional book called, Rise & Shine Bright at Work: 12 Powerful Mornings to Conquer the Office Shenanigans—available on Amazon.

Through her fun and inspiring cooking class called, Healthy Stress-free Cooking + Baking with Yardley, she teaches groups how to cook healthily and easily for the workweek—no matter what’s on their “plate.” Church event, bridal celebration, baby shower, conference, business retreat—Yardley brings a healthy and delicious inspiration to any event!

Remembering the peaceful experiences she had in her kitchen after a long day at work, while building a corporate professional career in her 20s and 30s, Yardley was inspired to create the food blog, WorkweekEatsinPeace. On her blog, she aims to inspire working professionals to leave the challenges of the workplace behind and indulge in some peace and clean eats as her readers cook her 30 minutes-or-less workweek recipes.

Yardley is a former head of Marketing and Healthy Eating Programs at Whole Foods Market. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration – Marketing at Hofstra University. She is also a Healthy Baker trained by the founder and professional bakers at Squirrel & The Bee in Short Hills, New Jersey.
