Five more, four, three, two more, one! Ok time for a break and boy do I enjoy a good break.
Real Fitness is finding something that you enjoy doing for exercise and being committed to it. Throughout my life, I have always loved to be active but despise any group activity that required me to remember set routine.
When I run or ride my bike, I am truly at my best and use that time to clear my head. I love exercising with my buddies too and use this time to catch up or just focus on our “ladies only” conversation. Over the past year, I have switched to exercising at night and unlike what I thought I usually get a good night’s sleep without any difficulty.
Find something that you really like to do and have a great time doing it.
